Implementation Coordination projects are fixed-fee engagements where I select vendors and coordinate execution for specific implementations (EHR consolidation, compliance programs, etc.). Many clients have both active simultaneously - Retainer for strategic oversight while Implementation Coordination delivers vendor-managed project execution.

What happens to ClinicOps OS Toolkit after Retainer ends?

Toolkit access terminates upon Retainer cancellation - this includes frameworks, templates, and tools. However, you retain all completed work products created specifically for your practice during the Retainer (roadmaps, assessments, custom policies, presentations). Think of it like software licensing - access during engagement, but deliverables created for you are yours permanently.

Can I combine Retainer with Implementation Coordination?

Yes, and this is common. Retainer provides strategic oversight while Implementation Coordination delivers vendor-managed project execution. For example: Retainer manages overall technology strategy and vendor relationships while Implementation Coordination handles EHR consolidation coordination. Retainer continues providing guidance during Implementation Coordination execution. Both have separate pricing and terms.

What if I need more than 4 strategic sessions per month?

Additional sessions available as add-on at $1,000 per session beyond tier allocation. However, if you consistently need more sessions, consider upgrading to higher tier - Growth tier (3 sessions) or Enterprise tier (4 sessions) provides better value than Foundation + add-ons. Tier upgrades can happen anytime with 30-day notice.

Do you provide hands-on implementation or just advisory?

For hands-on project implementation, I select and coordinate qualified vendors through Implementation Coordination projects (separate SOW).
